Since purchasing FCI Homes on November 01, 1993, Gary has constructed over 300 homes. Almost all were built on Marco Island. Our goal is to build to your lifestyle. Because we design and modify our home plans in house, we can accommodate most requests up to full custom plans. Many of our customers have stated how easy and pleasant the experience is to modify one of our home plans. To some, being able to build around their lifestyle instead of having to fit our stock floor plan, it is what brought them to FCI Homes.
